Empowerment Scholarship

If you have a child with special needs and you are seeking additional education choices, this may be a better option for your child. The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Program was established by the Arizona Department of Education to provide alternative educational choices to students and parents.  Please Note that if a student has an ESA, they may not receive a scholarship from a school tuition organization (STO) pursuant to title 43 A.R.S. 15-2402. For more information regarding an ESA, please visit the Arizona Department of Education.
